Emily is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a BA in Cinema. During her time in the Cinema program at SF State, Emily found her niche in producing. In Spring 2011, Emily started producing her first feature documentary, The Last Maestro, with director Carlo Lizzani, in Italy; followed by two senior thesis projects in her second year at SF State. In her spare time, Emily co-produced a music video for YouTube star Jennifer Chung, and began working in the Bay Area film industry as a production assistant on a variety of shoots including: a Jane Austen web series, the Captain Morgan Spiced Rum concert series, and a reality dating TV series for CBS.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Emily is now pursuing a local freelance career in producing, editing, and composing music for film. She has two feature films under her belt: Prep School and The Purple Onion.
